Marty Lindle, has over 35 years of experience in accounting. He serves public and private businesses across diverse sectors, including real estate, hospitality, financial services, broker-dealers, energy, oilfield services, private equity and venture capital. He is a licensed CPA and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Marty’s extensive focus on SEC and PCAOB reporting and international compliance (IFRS) experience encompasses initial public registrations on Forms 10, S-11 and S-1 secondary equity filings, as well as annual and quarterly compliance filings. He’s assisted with numerous reverse merger transactions and provided expertise in special Regulation S-X audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reporting.

Marty assists clients with IFRS conversion projects and serves several clients listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. His internal compliance knowledge complements his domestic expertise, allowing him to provide comprehensive guidance to globally oriented businesses.

Marty’s business philosophy centers on being hands-on and flexible with clients. He believes in addressing issues upfront to solve problems in a timely manner, an approach that has proven effective throughout his career in building strong client relationships.
