Mark Stebbins has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. His areas of focus include accounting and taxation, mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, tax compliance, tax minimization and deferred tax strategies. He has worked with businesses in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and public and privately owned businesses. 

Mark specializes in providing multinational public and private enterprises with ASC 740 outsourcing and tax compliance consulting, international tax planning and compliance, and merger and acquisition assistance. He also reviews ASC 740 engagements for many of the Firm’s public company audit clients. 

Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and business acumen to his clients, having worked for a Big Four firm for close to 15 years. He was also responsible for leading the strategic growth of a large regional firm, where he was also a member of its Executive, Finance and Compensation Committees. In his role there, he also supported the development of goals and objectives related to industry practice development and new service offerings. He is a current or former member of the Executive, Finance and Compensation Committees. 

Mark is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York.
