Kimberly Henry has over 15 years of experience in public accounting. She works with clients in a variety of industries, including energy and oilfield services, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, private equity and venture capital, transportation and logistics and professional services.

As a licensed CPA, she specializes in external audits of financial statements for both public and privately held companies. Her expertise spans preparing GAAP financial statements, extensive note disclosure research, identifying audit risks and developing comprehensive audit strategies.

Kimberly also supports publicly owned and private equity groups with mergers and acquisitions, including quality of earnings assessments, transaction modeling and related due diligence processes. Her experience extends to SEC reporting on Forms 10K and 10Q, and she provides audit and financial reporting services to clients with worldwide ventures, including U.S. and foreign-owned companies with multiple affiliates.

Kimberly develops long-term relationships with her clients by serving as more than an auditor, she is a trusted advisor committed to their success.
