Joe is the practice leader for Withum’s Community Based Organization specialty practice which is a part of the Not-For-Profit & Education Services Group.
He is a partner based in our East Brunswick, NJ, office and is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York with more than 20 years of professional experience in both private and public accounting. Joe provides accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services primarily to a variety of the Firm’s client’s with a concentration in community based and healthcare not for profit organizations. His expertise includes assisting clients with solving problems they encounter on a day-to-day basis as well as overseeing the execution of financial and compliance audits under OMB regulations of organizations funded by federal, state and local sources.

Like many of Withum’s Not-For-Profit & Education Services Group leaders and members, Joe gives back to the communities he serves through philanthropic and volunteer activities. He has served on several fundraising committees and holds board of director positions providing financial and other expertise to multiple community based organizations. He serves as the treasurer of a not-for-profit mental health rehabilitation services organization in Union County, and is a member of the finance committee of a not-for-profit health center in Middlesex County.
