Jessica Cicero is a principal in the Technical Resources Department. Jessica’s expertise lies in quality control within the Firm’s Financial Services practice. She has over 15 years of experience serving financial services entities, specifically, broker-dealers, SPACs, ETFs and private equity funds.

Jessica is an active member of the Firm’s Women in Financial Services Team, a professional network initiative created to strengthen and support women in the financial services sector through mentorship, relationship‑building and opportunities for leadership and growth.

She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Jessica proudly serves on the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA)’s Stock Brokerage Committee. Jessica is also a member of the Accounting Industry Leadership Council of the Alzheimer’s Association of America.
