Jen Moylan is a Lead Consultant with over 30 years of experience in Dealership sales and acquisitions, including all phases of the Buy/Sell transaction, Dealer Application, Proforma, Office Procedures in opening a new business or winding down post-close, Settlement Statements, and Opening/Closing entries.

She is an expert in month-end close, with extensive expense reviews and gross profit analysis. Jen trains new office managers and mentor Controllers by focusing on the processes to be completed and the overall business view for a better understanding and confident decision-making abilities.

Jen specializes in gathering evidence and quantify losses for forensic fraud investigations by reviewing bank reconciliations, expense studies and schedule reviews. Also, assists in DMS transitions by helping complete accounting setups for those systems that request the dealership to do so and transition the staff to new processes and training on all major automotive DMS systems: DealerTrack, CDK, Tekion, AutoMate, Reynolds & Reynolds by providing training to all dealership staff in 8300 filings, Red Flag Rules.
