Jeff Zawada has over 25 years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in tax. He has experience in all aspects of tax, including federal, state and international tax planning and compliance. His expertise is in ASC 740—accounting for income tax. He provides multinational public and private enterprises with ASC 740 outsourcing, domestic and international tax planning and compliance and M&A assistance. In addition, Jeff has extensive experience in the manufacturing and public utilities industries, including oil and natural gas companies. 

Jeff provides U.S. and international ASC 740 provision outsource and audit services and tax planning and compliance services to over 10 public companies. He also services a number of multinational private companies with all aspects of tax, including ASC 740. 

Jeff brings a substantial amount of knowledge and expertise to his clients, having worked as a Corporate Tax Manager at a multinational, publicly traded Fortune 500 company, and then at a privately held multinational corporation.  

Jeff is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York and has a Master of Science in Taxation (MST).
