Jeanette Jordan is a Partner with over 26 years of experience in public accounting and over 15 years of experience in transaction advisory services, Jeanette adds value for buyers, sellers and lenders, putting sellers in a position of strength and assisting buyers and lenders with identifying, evaluating and minimizing the risks of acquisitions and lending. Jeanette’s audit and tax background give her a strong base on which to provide well-informed advisory services. She has extensive experience leading financial due diligence projects with valuations of up to $900 million and has served as an advisor to clients supporting sale readiness and preparation, information flow during diligence, identifying integration risks and opportunities and many other topics. Her specializations include financial due diligence/quality of earnings and sale preparedness.
Jeanette is responsible for creating, developing and managing training functions for the transaction advisory team at Withum.

Jeanette serves as the President for the New Jersey Chapter of XPX—Exit Planning Exchange, a network of professional advisors who work together to help businesses prepare for and execute successful business transitions. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member of the Tri-State XPX Chapter.
As a member of the Women of Withum and the Pride team member resource groups, Jeanette has a passion for encouraging, advocating and celebrating underrepresented talent. Both groups create a network of like-minded individuals and provide a space to offer support in members’ professional journeys.
Jeanette also serves as a volunteer with the New Jersey Special Olympics.

Jeanette’s hobbies include swimming, running, biking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and anything else that will get her in the great outdoors. She likes to relax with true crime podcasts or with a good book.
