Jamie Matte is a licensed CPA with over 25 years of experience in public accounting. He has extensive experience working with clients across energy and oilfield services, construction, manufacturing and distribution and professional services.

Jamie focuses on helping companies transform their business operations through both buy-side and sell- side, transaction advisory services, restructuring, contract and purchase negotiation, outsourced CFO services and strategic planning. He also provides consulting on ERP selection and implementation, process improvement, cash flow management and training and development implementation.

Throughout his career, Jamie has developed an innate ability to quickly identify and actualize valuable ideas, employing strategies that maximize organizational capabilities, operations, service offerings and staff performance. This skill allows him to deliver tangible results for clients facing complex business challenges.

Jamie’s business philosophy centers on treating each client’s business as if it were his own. Everything he does for his clients is guided by this principle, ensuring he provides the same level of care, strategic thinking and commitment that he would apply to his own personal ventures.

Jamie was an Excellence Awards Presenter at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater Houston. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Turnaround Management Association and holds a position on the Regulation Implementation Advisory Board for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Work Hard/Play Hard

Jamie’s teenage daughters keep him busy driving them around when he is outside of the office. In his spare time, he enjoys investing in real estate, keeping up with the cryptocurrency space, and traveling the globe.
