Don Foster has over 15 years of public accounting experience specializing in providing audit and tax services to the construction services industry. He also has experience delivering audit and tax solutions for manufacturing and logistics companies. Don is a knowledgeable point of contact for clients regarding the latest tax regulations and U.S. GAAP standards. He is attuned to industry challenges and knows the appropriate Firm resources to connect with clients when they need specialized assistance. Because of his keen ability to connect the dots, Don serves as the advisory liaison team leader for the firm’s construction and services team, where he connects applicable advisory solutions to maximize the client’s values.
Don holds a Certified Construction Industry Financial Planners (CCIFP) designation from the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
Don is a Withum “lifer” as he started his career with the Firm after graduating from Stockton University.

Don is actively engaged in the profession and is committed to giving back through volunteerism and thought leadership. He serves on the special event committee for the American Cancer Society Jersey Shore chapter, volunteers for Ducks Unlimited and previously held the position of treasurer of the Toms River Salvation Army. Don’s expertise in construction has been recognized and published in the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association Digest and the Associated Construction Contractors of New Jersey Digest.
Work Hard/Play Hard
Outside the office, Don loves spending quality time with his daughter and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman who makes the most of his time outside by hiking, swimming and hitting the pickleball court. He also frequently visits Long Beach Island to relish its natural beauty.
