Based in our Princeton, NJ, office, Dave is part of Withum’s Tax Department. In this capacity, he oversees all federal, state, local and international tax matters for business entities, individuals, trusts, estates and non-profit organizations.

His responsibilities include all levels of tax law research, planning and compliance. In addition, he serves as an expert witness in cases where tax and accounting matters are in question.

Dave joined Withum in 1986 and is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey, Delaware and Michigan with more than 25 years of professional experience. He is actively involved in HLB International and is a former chairman of the International Tax Committee of Nexia International. Currently, he is serving as the Chairman of HLB International Tax Committee the North American Tax Services Group. Dave has extensive experience in international tax, state & local tax, estate trust and real estate. He is actively involved in the SALT, Estate & Trust and Transfer Pricing Committees.

In addition, he has attended advanced tax training courses at the University of Illinois, Monmouth University and the Real Estate Tax Institute of America. He has authored numerous articles and been a guest speaker for tax and financial topics at both international and domestic seminars as well as appearing on many radio and television programs. Dave resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
