David L. Mancuso

Dave Mancuso is a Partner at Withum with nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in accounting and auditing services for businesses across a range of industries, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
He has developed a broad and diverse background in accounting, attest, and advisory services, with industry experience spanning manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, retail, private equity and venture capital, oil and gas, and general service sectors. Dave has extensive expertise in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory and accounting matters. He also has experience working with SEC clients required to assess and report on internal controls over financial reporting.
Dave also has significant experience leading due diligence and quality of earnings engagements in connection with mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. In addition, he has a strong background in both corporate and individual income tax matters.
His experience includes performing comprehensive evaluations of internal accounting control systems, conducting compliance testing, and developing practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls. He has prepared financial statements across a variety of industries, including complex consolidations, and has presented audit findings to executive management teams.
Dave is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
