David Poillucci is a partner leading Withum’s Industrial & Consumer Products tax practice. With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, he advises middle-market businesses, closely held companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies on tax matters, strategic planning and compliance.

He specializes in pass-through and corporate structures, multistate taxation and transaction-related consulting. He works closely with business owners, executives and finance leaders to develop practical tax strategies that support growth, enhance cash flow and mitigate risk.

David serves clients across the manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, food and beverage, transportation and logistics and franchise sectors. He helps organizations navigate evolving tax legislation, operational challenges and business transactions, translating complex issues into clear, actionable guidance while fostering long-term trusted advisor relationships.

He is actively involved in developing the next generation of tax professionals within the Industrial & Consumer Products team and regularly shares insights on tax and regulatory developments shaping the middle-market landscape.
