Christopher Dodd has 16 years of experience in the accounting profession. He brings specialized expertise to a diverse portfolio of clients in energy and oilfield services, private equity and venture capital, professional services and manufacturing and distribution. As a licensed CPA, Christopher focuses on complex organizational structures from multi-tier partnerships and corporate consolidations to international businesses with U.S. subsidiaries.

He specializes in navigating the challenges of multi-states, federal and international tax compliance while providing strategic business advisory services to both entrepreneurial-run businesses and private equity-backed companies.

Having experienced the client perspective firsthand, Christopher approaches challenges from multiple angles and prides himself on presenting information clearly to empower better decision-making. A member of the Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship, Christopher is on the Roundtable Advisory Board to support technology commercialization, entrepreneurship education, and the launch of technology companies.

Christopher is a frequent, sought-after contributor to the Houston Business Journal and was a moderator at the Houston Energy Breakfast. He is actively involved with recruiting efforts to help build the next generation of accounting professionals and was awarded “Outstanding Committee Member” at TXCPA Houston in 2020.
