Boris Pogil leads the Firm’s Tax Due Diligence and Structuring Services Team, bringing nearly 15 years of experience advising clients through complex transactions.
He helps buyers and sellers evaluate tax implications, identify risks and opportunities and optimize transaction structures from the letter of intent through closing. His expertise spans buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, transaction structuring, post-transaction integration and tax-efficient planning.
Prior to joining the Firm, Boris has nearly a decade of Big Four accounting experience, advising large financial and Fortune 500 clients, developing the technical tax foundation and transaction experience that enables him to deliver strategic, value-driven advice throughout the deal lifecycle.
