Bernadette Sweeney has over 14 years of experience in public accounting.

She provides information, insights and assistance for clients on AICPA and PCAOB audit standards. She has a history of leading teams in managing specialized, complex audits of businesses with over $2 billion in revenue for both private and public entities. She is also experienced in review, compilations and internal control reviews across multiple industry sectors, including Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics and Professional Services.  

In addition to being licensed in Florida and New York, Bernadette is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has experience in public accounting in the United Kingdom. She is a practiced mentor and demonstrates a world-class, high-performing mindset that yields consistent results.

Bernadette is active in Withum’s Women of Withum (WoW) Team Member Resource Group, whose mission is to Motivate, Advocate and Elevate by empowering women with the tools they need to succeed.

As a fan of Irish sports, Bernadette follows the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), an Irish organization that promotes and regulates traditional Irish sports, such as hurling, Gaelic football, and camogie.
