Al Gracie has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Deeply focused on the healthcare industry, Al brings a wealth of experience and perspective to the clients he serves. He is an active listener, helping senior healthcare executives develop effective strategies, transform operations and improve results. 

Al is a champion for innovation within the Firm and encourages team members’ professional development through active participation in thought leadership. He brings a depth of knowledge, having previously worked at a Big Eight and Big Four firm. 

Al is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York.
