Francis X. O’Brien II, CPA, CIA, CFEFrank O’Brien is the partner-in-charge of Withum’s Braintree, MA office with over 27 years of experience serving closely held businesses and nonprofits. He also has extensive experience with managing an internal audit and fraud division function. He serves as leader for Withum’s Warranty Reimbursement Team, which prepares over 600 submissions per year.
