Bill is the partner concentrating his practice on business, tax and financial planning strategies for successful businesses, professional practices and its owners.

Prior to joining the Firm, Bill was the Managing Partner of the CPA/Consulting firm RBF, which joined with Withum in August 2019.

With strong attention to detail, Bill works closely with his clients to help guide successful outcomes in all aspects of their business planning and operations. He is the author of several business articles appearing in industry publications and professional CPA publications. Mr. Rucci also authors and presents seminars, nationally and internationally, on domestic and international tax planning, as well as business and succession planning. He has appeared on national television as a regular guest on CNNfn’s “Tax Break”.
