Terry is a partner based in our firm’s Red Bank, NJ, office and has more than 25 years of professional experience with restaurants and industrial and consumer products.

Terry leads Withum’s Food and Beverage practice in our Industrial and Consumer Products team. He has supervisory auditing, accounting, tax and consulting experience in the industrial and consumer products, government, and manufacturing industries. Terry also specializes in the area of forensic and matrimonial accounting. He has been involved in various accounting issues, including business valuations and other investigations, as well as matters of matrimonial dissolution.

He is also past chairman of the board of trustees and current member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Metro Jersey Chapter, as well as chair of the audit committee of The Jersey Shore Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Terry resides in Ocean County, NJ.
