BINJE Names Pat Walsh to 2026 Power Players List

Pat Walsh, Managing Partner and CEO, was recognized for his visionary leadership in elevating Withum as a top-25 advisory, accounting and tax firm. Since taking the helm in 2023, Pat has driven consistent year-over-year growth, including strategic expansions in 2025 in Chicago, Houston and Western New York.

Pat’s leadership has advanced firmwide initiatives that strengthen operational best practices, elevate client experience and leverage technology. He embodies the Firm’s culture, consistently leading the Withum Way and fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought and experience.

As a champion of the profession’s future, Pat led Withum’s collaboration with Seton Hall University to establish the CPA Pathway Apprenticeship, which strengthens the accounting talent pipeline and reduces financial barriers for students. Beyond his contributions to the profession and Firm, Pat is a servant leader, sitting as Vice Chair of Seton Hall University’s Board of Regents and as a Trustee of the Newark, NJ, Boys and Girls Club. He is also a member of the Leadership Council for Habitat for Humanity of Morris, Greater Plainfield, and Middlesex Counties.

His commitment to the profession has earned him numerous honors, including being named on Forbes’ Top 200 CPAs in America list and Best-In-State CPAs list as well as NJBIZ’s Finance Power List for 2025 and ROI-NJ’s Top Champions of the C-Suite list.
