James Reynolds has over 15 years of experience serving companies within the life science industry. He works with companies at all stages of development, from pre-clinical through commercial, with a primary focus on SEC registrants and private-to-public transactions.
James has extensive experience with the technical accounting matters common to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and other life science businesses, including revenue recognition, accounting for R&D costs, business combinations and complex financing transactions
As a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New Jersey, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Firm, having served as an assurance director at a top-10 national accounting firm.

In his free time, James actively gives back to his community by serving as the Treasurer of his neighborhood HOA and volunteering as a member of the trail crew at his local county park.
Outside of the office, James enjoys mountain biking, cheering on the New York Mets and spending time with his wife and three children.
