Frank O’Brien is the partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Braintree, MA office and leads Withum’s Warranty Reimbursement Submissions Services Team.

With over 25 years of experience, Franks leads internal audit, fraud and advisory engagements for automotive clients. He oversees the preparation and submission of more than 600 manufacturer warranty claims annually. Additionally, Frank advises clients on a wide range of automotive consulting engagements, including forensic investigations, internal audit assessments, and expert witness services. His deep industry knowledge and practical approach help dealerships identify risks, improve operations and maximize financial recovery opportunities.
