Withum Names Colleen Fay as Financial Services Team Practice Leader

Withum is excited to announce that Colleen Fay, Partner, has been promoted to Practice Leader of the Firm’s Financial Services Team.

Colleen has over 20 years of experience in accounting with an extensive focus on the alternative investment industry. Her expertise is in tax compliance and consulting for hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, funds of funds, general partners, and management companies.

Her unrelenting dedication and sought-after experience have proven invaluable to her clients and the greater profession, providing real-time, innovative and personalized solutions to achieve investment goals while mitigating risk. Colleen is fully versed in domestic and international investment funds, understanding the complexities surrounding fund structures, which brings a holistic approach to tax planning.

Active in Withum’s continuing professional education program, Colleen develops course curriculum and provides instruction for national and local training seminars. This, in addition to her experience, demonstrates Colleen’s exceptional leadership for Withum’s Women in Financial Services Team.
