A nationally ranked Top-30 CPA firm, Withum is committed to providing sophisticated services to the vibrant startup and investor communities. The Finance Transformation and CFO Solutions team adds a new dimension to the Advisory Services practice, offering two major areas of concentration. Finance Transformation Services focuses on delivering outsourced finance support to early-stage and growth-stage companies, while CFO Solutions supports chief financial officers and investors with initiating and/or implementing financial operations and improvement plans. In addition, our team members also work closely with company stakeholders, ensuring all parties receive the necessary guidance and support when providing assistance, transformation and optimization of financial operations.
The Finance Transformation and CFO Solutions Services Group is committed to guiding venture capital and private-equity-backed companies with internal accounting needs, board meeting assistance, investor relations, forecasting, ERP implementation, term sheet modeling/negotiations, capital structure, budgeting and organizational cash flow.
The new service group launch is being spearheaded by Deep Gujral, Principal, who is leading the new practice area. Deep is a strong addition to the Firm and will contribute toward enhancing collaboration between the interconnected practice areas. He brings with him the ability to strategically advise clients through each phase of the lifecycle – from early-stage to IPO – while being able to tap into Withum’s top-ranked expertise across the Firm’s global platform.
