We are very enthusiastic about merging with Withum, and our decision was driven by the desire to provide a more robust and enhanced set of services to our clients and to provide a great cultural fit for our staff.

The combined resources of our two great firms will bring a new breadth of services to our clients. Withum’s considerable resources will accelerate our expansion in Data and Analytics solutions, Mobile Development, Security and Risk assessment, Managed Services, and Modern Business Applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365. It will also allow us to further expand our overall solution capabilities to offer packaged solutions, such as OneWindow Workplace intranet, in industries such as healthcare, professional services, non-profits, real estate, financial services and others – locally, nationally and internationally. In addition, our clients will now have access to a firm of 900+ employees in locations along the Eastern Seaboard, including offices in New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Boston and Orlando, as well as Grand Cayman Island for unparalleled accounting services, estate planning services, business tax services, financial reporting services and advisory services.
