Kim leads the tax practice in the Los Angeles office with over 30 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services. Her pride in delivering exceptional client service and her commitment to timely, responsive communication make her a trusted advisor to her clients.
She plays a pivotal role as a mentor within the Firm, empowering dozens of team members to grow professionally and advance in their careers. In addition, Kim is an advocate and leader of the Women of Withum’s Team Member Resource Group, which focuses on elevating and inspiring women. The Los Angeles Business Journal has recognized Kim for two consecutive years as a finalist for the Mentor of the Year award as part of their annual Women’s Symposium.
James Theobald has over 30 years of professional accounting experience. He specializes in developing sophisticated, customized tax strategies and delivering comprehensive compliance solutions that align with his clients’ unique business goals—from all stages of the business lifecycle.
As a leader in the Los Angeles office, he actively mentors emerging professionals and leads team member development and training programs.
James is actively involved in his local community, volunteering with his church’s tech team and supporting various charitable initiatives. He plays a key role in Withum’s civic engagement efforts across Southern California, contributing to events ranging from blood drives to service projects at the Boys and Girls Club of Conejo Valley.
