Lauren Lamb and Stephen Vinarub Graduate from FICPA Leadership Program
Withum is proud to share that two team members have graduated from the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) Leadership Academy.
This is the third consecutive year that Withum team members have participated in the FICPA Leadership Academy. Lauren Lamb, CPA, and Stephen Vinarub, CPA, MBA, are FICPA 2025 graduates.
Lauren is an Audit Manager who specializes in providing top-notch service to companies in the Hospitality, Real Estate and Not-For-Profit industries. Stephen is a Tax Manager specializing in tax preparation for a multitude of industries, including Hospitality, Consumer Products and Real Estate. Both Lauren and Stephen are members of Withum’s Orlando office.

The FICPA Leadership Academy helps CPAs under the age of 35 grow as leaders within their firms and the profession. Members of this year’s class took part in multi-day meetings addressing leadership, decision making and management techniques as well as exploring broader topics impacting the future of the profession. Graduates were honored at a special ceremony in Tallahassee, Florida on February 5 as part of 2025 CPA Day at the Capitol.
