The Upstate Capital Association of NY (the “Association”) is a prominent network for PE investors, M&A professionals, venture capitalists, business owners and CEOs and entrepreneurs whose goal is to help drive growth through access to capital in upstate and western New York by collaborating and sharing resources with other members of the group.

“Kelsey is the perfect appointee for this board position,” said Steve Brady, Market Leader for Transaction Advisory. “She has the ideal combination of being an active member of her local community of Upstate New York and specialized industry skills, experience and a breadth of transaction knowledge that will be extremely valuable in growing the industry.”

As a board member, Kelsey will provide support for the organization, assist in planning and running a selection of the Association’s marquee events and help drive membership by connecting with others in the industry at in-house and external events and volunteering opportunities.

Kelsey is based in Western New York and has 15 years of experience in public accounting and a transaction and financial audit background. At Withum, she is fully dedicated to transaction advisory. Her term as a board member is will begin on Jan 1, 2023.
