Bill Bradshaw, Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Withum, was named in the New Jersey publication ROI-NJ as a top DEI leader in the state.
Since joining the Withum team in November as the first Director of Inclusion and Diversity, Bill has spearheaded initiatives to further establish Withum’s commitment to fostering authenticity, transparency and engagement to uphold our three pillars of inclusion and diversity; workforce, workplace, marketplace.
By joining the Ascend Foundation and expanding Withum’s Team Member Resource Groups, Bill continues to carry out his mission by collaborating with Firm leadership and supporting innovative change.
No stranger to DEI leadership positions, Bill also sits on the Board of Garden State Equality (GSE), New Jersey’s largest LGBTQ organization, and The Center, a non-profit HIV/AIDS service organization at the Jersey Shore.
