In this capacity, he has been appointed to value various business and professional interests, determine family assets and disposable income, and assist in the pretrial settlement process. His services also include various forensic and investigative accounting matters as well as developing and making damage calculations.

Larry has more than 35 years of professional experience and has represented and assisted numerous clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, including entrepreneurs, executives and various professionals. He is also actively involved in the combining of various business enterprises (mergers and acquisitions) as well as dividing them up (liquidations and dissolutions).

He is accredited in business valuation (ABV) and certified in financial forensics (CFF) by the AICPA and is a diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting (DABFA). In addition, he is a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Institute of Business Appraisers, Inc. He has been registered as a Life Member of the National Registry of Who’s Who and is a member of the Advisory Board ofDivorce Magazine.

Larry frequently lectures at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJ-ICLE), the New Jersey Judicial College and the NJSCPA’s Continuing Education Program, among others. Larry is also on the Board of Directors/Trustees and the Executive Committee of Count Basie Theatre, Red Bank, NJ, where he also serves as treasurer and chairman of the Finance Committee. He resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
