Bill Iannarelli has nearly 35 years of experience in public accounting. He focuses on providing tax planning, compliance and consulting services to multinational, domestic and multi-state companies. Bill works with companies to plan their global expansion, assist in organizing or restructuring operations, implement tax minimization strategies and provide tax provision assistance. 

Bill offers an array of industry knowledge, including manufacturing and distribution, transportation and various service industries. As a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York, his expertise includes both inbound and outbound tax planning and compliance for business entities as well as expatriate and inpatriate services for individuals. Bill also brings prior Big Four experience, serving both domestic and multinational clients.
