Wendy is a Emeritus Partner in the firm’s San Francisco office with more than 23 years of experience with restaurants, consumer products, providing tax compliance and consulting services to start-up and middle-market companies in a variety of industries, including industrial and consumer products, food and beverage, and technology companies.

Additionally, Wendy provides individuals with tax planning and compliance services. Her business clients are comprised of restaurants, wineries, importers, distributors, manufacturing and retailers. She has also successfully represented individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board.

Wendy is the Board Member in the Accounting Department at San Francisco State University and a guest professor at the San Francisco State University Graduate School of Business.

Wendy lives a very active lifestyle, which includes travel, scuba diving, skiing and golf. More recently she added running to the list, and has conquered 4 half marathons in just over a year! This was part of a transformational journey. She took her love for scuba to a new level and went through the Rescue Diver Certification, on her way to becoming a Master Scuba Diver.
