Ruben Cardona

Ruben is an emeritus partner at Withum. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York, specializing in real estate, not-for-profit and HUD-assisted projects.
His background includes significant administrative and finance experience in the private and public sectors, and he is a former assistant finance administrator for management and administrative services for the City of New York.
He currently serves on the New York State Controller’s Advisory Audit Committee. He is a former chairperson of the NJCPA’s Multicultural Committee and a former member and chairperson of the AICPA and NYSSCPA Minority Group Recruitment and Equal Opportunity Committees. In addition, Ruben is a and is a past chairman of the Board of Trustees.
Ruben is a past member of Rutgers The State University of New Jersey’s Board of Governors where he served on numerous committees including chairing the Audit Committee. He resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
