Richard J. Serluco

Get to Know Me

Richard is located in our Red Bank, NJ, office and has over 40 years of professional accounting experience. He is a certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York and specializes in providing accounting, auditing, tax, financial and reimbursement consulting services to health care and not-for-profit organizations. Richard has provided clients with various accounting services including audits of financial statements, budget preparation, financial planning, business valuations and financial feasibility studies.

Prior to joining Withum, Richard was founder and partner of Serluco & Co., L.L.C. (joined with Withum in 2009).

Richard has been very active in his community, previously serving on the Board of Trustees of Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., a past trustee of Bayshore Community Hospital and Children’s Psychiatric Center.  Richard has also published articles and presented numerous seminars on health care topics.
