Mark Deters is an Audit Partner with over 16 years of professional experience. His focus is on Audit Services and Business Advisory Services, and he specializes in Financial Services. Mark has extensive professional accounting experience specializing in providing services for complex equity transactions, investment banking, revenue recognition issues, stock-based compensation, initial public offerings, debt modifications, business combinations and registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Within the firm, Mark is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) Team Leader, as well as an active member of the Financial Services Team and Emerging Growth and Technology Services Team.
Mark has his CPA license in the state of New Jersey. He has expertise working with middle-market companies across a variety of industry sectors, including broker-dealers, SEC public registrants, private equity and venture capital funds and registered investment advisors. Mark has been involved with numerous initial public offers (IPOS) and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), which raised over $7 billion
