She provides strategic consulting aimed at revenue optimization and process improvement for Healthcare systems, Hospitals, Physician Practices and Post-Acute Providers. Kathryn has extensive experience in Client Relations, Service Line Management, Revenue Cycle, Denials Management and Compliance and Audit Plan Development.
