Get to Know Me

Jim is a partner based in our firm’s East Brunswick, NJ, office and has over 30 years of public accounting experience.

Jim specializes in providing audit and consulting services to clients in the real estate and not-for-profit industries including affordable housing and HUD-assisted entities. He serves as a Team Leader for both Withum’s Not-for-Profit and Education Services Group and Real Estate Services Group.

Jim is the recipient of the AICPA Not-for-Profit Certificate II and AICPA Advanced Single Audit Certificate. Prior to joining Withum, he was a partner with M.D. Oppenheim & Company, P.C. (joined with Withum in 2007).

Jim currently serves as Board Member and Treasurer of the Supportive Housing Association of New Jersey. He also previously served as an international board member and president of the Americas Group Chapter of IAPA International and Chair of the NJCPA Nonprofit Interest Group. Jim resides in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
