Jim is a partner based in our Firm’s Whippany office and has over 35 years of public accounting experience with a focus on multi-national private and publicly-held manufacturing, distribution, technology, professional services and pharmaceutical companies.
Jim has extensive expertise and knowledge in public and private offerings, SEC filings, multi-national companies and mergers and acquisitions. He is the founder of the Manufacturing Cabinet, an industry networking consortium sponsored by our Firm, the Morris Chamber of Commerce, NJ Manufacturing Extension Program and the Somerset County Business Partnership. Jim also serves on the Board of Immaculata High School and is Chairman emeritus of Saint Peter’s Hospital Foundation.
Jim also represents the firm on HLB’s North American Manufacturing Industry Group. He resides in Somerset County, NJ.
