Jim has a strong track record of working with private equity-backed portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance on valuation matters and navigating the complexities of business combinations accounting. He is known for his ability to plan, execute, and deliver timely audits that integrate valuation, multi-entity structures and tax considerations, helping clients eliminate surprises and streamline financial processes. Jim’s collaborative approach and technical acumen make him a trusted advisor to clients facing complex financial reporting and compliance challenges. 

Jim is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts.

Beyond his professional work, Jim is an active member of his community. He is a youth sports coach, currently serving as a coach in Reading Little League, Reading Youth Lacrosse, and Reading Babe Ruth. His leadership on and off the field reflects his commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and community engagement.

When he’s out of the office, Jim values quality time with his wife and three children. He enjoys being outdoors, especially near the water during the summer months, and finds balance and inspiration in nature and family life.
