He is a youth sports coach, currently serving as a coach in Reading Little League, Reading Youth Lacrosse, and Reading Babe Ruth. His leadership on and off the field reflects his commitment to mentorship, teamwork, and community engagement.
When he’s out of the office, Jim values quality time with his wife and three children. He enjoys being outdoors, especially near the water during the summer months, and finds balance and inspiration in nature and family life.
