Howard Epstein serves as a tax partner with an expertise in providing tax planning strategies and forward-thinking solutions to closely held companies, their shareholders and high net worth individuals, particularly in the professional services, manufacturing and real estate industries.  He is also a leader in the Canada-US Tax practice as well as a key member of the international tax team. 

As a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both New York and Florida, with more than 37 years of accounting, tax, and business consulting experience, Howard helps both domestic multi-national clients with their inbound and outbound global growth, exit and tax strategies. He also provides tax and consulting services to individuals that are moving throughout the world. 

Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice, having spent a decade at a Big Four firm serving numerous publicly and privately held multinational clients. He has provided clients globally with accounting, tax and consulting services since 1998, representing business and individual clients in complex tax examinations on federal and state levels and assists business owners and high net worth individuals with planning strategies to grow and protect their income and assets.
