Henry Koziol has nearly 45 years of experience in public accounting.
He has a background in compliance and consulting services to private equity and privately held companies. He has helped entities with corporate cash flow improvement and transaction advisory services, including deal structure and due diligence support. Henry’s areas of expertise include manufacturing, wholesaling and distribution.
He offers a wealth of knowledge and business acumen, having served as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board for a regional accounting firm for five years and on its executive committee for over 20 years. During this time, his responsibilities included developing the Firm’s technology, cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans and supporting the firm’s strategic operations, special projects and transactions to support overall growth.
Henry is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York and a Certified Financial Planner (CFPTM).
