Throughout her career, Emily has developed deep expertise in flow-through entities, multi-state tax compliance, business transactions and succession planning. She guides clients through complex transitions and long-term strategies, becoming a trusted advisor who understands the bigger picture. Whether navigating multi-state tax issues, planning for the future or defending a client before taxing authorities, Emily brings precision, perspective and a commitment to personalized service. She is a licensed CPA in California and holds a Masters in Taxation.

Emily is a leader in the Orange County Women of Withum team member resource group, helping create opportunities to motivate, advocate and elevate women in her office. In 2024, CalCPA honored her with the Women to Watch Award, and she currently serves on the CalCPA Orange County/Long Beach Chapter board. She is passionate about mentorship and education, volunteering as a speaker at her former all-girls high school and actively participating in its Alumni Association to inspire the next generation of professionals. Emily’s impact extends beyond her professional achievements; she volunteers at her children’s school, staying closely involved in their activities alongside her husband. 

Emily’s life is all about family, adventure and staying connected outside the office. She’s a proud mom of three active kids. With sports, school events and weekend outings, their calendar and hearts are always full. Emily’s family loves to travel together, making the most of their time by house boating, exploring national parks and finding new ways to enjoy the outdoors. She knows the importance of being present and fully engaged at work and home, so she finds joy in everything she does.
