Cara Rossi has over 10 years of tax experience in public accounting, with a focus on ASC 740, tax consulting and planning, and tax return preparation.
She has significant experience assisting her clients in tax compliance, including the preparation and review of federal, state and international tax filings and successfully supporting clients through federal and state audits and notices. She is familiar with businesses operating in the manufacturing, regulated and general service industries.
In addition, she has extensive experience in auditing and preparing the accounting for income taxes of complex public companies. She has worked with companies to calculate or audit the provision for income taxes and has audited and prepared the necessary disclosures in the Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings.
Cara offers a wealth of knowledge as a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) backed by a successful career in tax compliance and ASC 740 at a Big Four accounting firm, where she worked as a tax consultant, assisting multiple Forbes Top 100 companies with their tax technology groups and tax compliance.
