Anthony Venette leads the Firm’s Tax Valuation Services practice, bringing over a decade of experience in public accounting.

He works closely with privately held businesses, their owners and individuals to deliver solutions in cash flow management, tax planning and strategic estate and business valuation. Anthony specializes in complex valuations for gift and estate tax planning and compliance, corporate planning, ESOP transactions, ASC 718 and ASC 805 reporting, SBA requirements and matrimonial matters. His expertise also extends to advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments, succession planning, start-ups, debt restructuring, litigation support and forensic accounting. 

Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York state and holds the Accredited Business Valuation (ABV) credential.
