Anna Cyrier is a partner with more than a decade of audit experience, serving clients in the life sciences industry.
She advises clients through key growth milestones-from early-stage development to public company reporting-bringing clarity to complex transactions and helping ensure readiness for evolving regulatory requirements. Anna is known for her focused, accessible and approachable advisory style, providing clear communication and practical, business-focused guidance to help clients confidently address technical accounting challenges.
She works with companies navigating dynamic, highly regulated environments, including SPAC transactions, SEC reporting and PCAOB audits. She serves a diverse client base, from venture-backed startups to middle-market organizations, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Her technical experience includes complex debt and equity arrangements, business combinations and other transaction-related accounting matters. She also supports clients in the industrial and consumer products sectors and in employee benefit plan audits.
Anna is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and fluent in Spanish.

Anna and her husband are actively involved in No Poor Africa, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to education for girls in Mozambique.
In her free time, Anna is passionate about rescue dogs-she has two of her own-and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She stays active through daily walks with her dogs and regular gym workouts, which are an important part of her routine for maintaining mental wellness.
