With a creative mindset and technically advanced talent, he assists clients with regulatory compliance and industry requirements, often specifically auditing and accounting for labor organizations or multiemployer benefit plans. His expertise includes local and national employee benefit plans, health and welfare plans, pension funds, small business organizations and not-for-profit entities.
He is a sought-after industry speaker, often speaking at multiemployer employee benefit plan conferences and providing training with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Aaron actively and enthusiastically assists with Withum’s recruiting efforts.

Aaron’s involvement doesn’t stop at the office—that’s just where it begins. He serves as a co-leader for Withum’s BLAAC Team Member Resource Group, whose mission is to serve as a business network or affinity group to serve and support underrepresented professionals with shared identities at the Firm.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Trustees for McDaniel College, his alma mater, and is a creator and funds the Susan M. Milstein Endowed Scholarship.
As a former college athlete-turned-accountant, Aaron still enjoys sports—and a well-tailored suit. He likes to spend time with his family, watch movies, play video games and relax on the beach.
