Jennifer is a partner in the Firm’s San Francisco office with more than 26 years of experience in public accounting providing tax planning, consultation, and compliance services to high net worth individuals and their families and trusts, closely-held and family-owned businesses, private and public companies, and start-up companies.

She services businesses in the fields of biomedical devices, biotechnology and biopharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, professional services and investment advisory firms.

Jennifer is a member of Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco and a presenter on tax legislation and new tax reform act, tax treatments for stock options and employee stock purchase plan, research tax credits, and California Enterprise Zone tax incentives.

Coming from a close-knit family, Jennifer spends much of her time with her immediate and extended family and friends in her community. Jennifer enjoys being involved with her children’s schools and their communities and has served as the Treasurer and Board member of 2 parent-teacher organizations for 11 years, continuing to support and volunteer at the local public school for over 13 years, to be a finish line timer and hospitality volunteer at official athletic competitions for over 3 years.
