James is a partner based in our firm’s New York office and has over 20 years of public accounting experience.
He specializes in providing accounting services for affordable housing projects from the pre-development phase to completion, as well as throughout the compliance period.
James experience includes serving both for-profit and not-for-profit developers with properties in and out of tax credit programs with specific expertise including HUD-assisted projects, historical credits, solar credits, year 15 analysis and audits of cost certifications for tax credit projects. He is a licensed certified public accountant in New York.
