Carmine D'Avino

Carmine D’Avino is a Wealth Advisor, Principal and the Chief Compliance Officer of Withum Wealth Management. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Carmine co-created and currently manages the Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Strategy, which was developed in 2002 and is among the longest-running audited ETF portfolios in the industry. With nearly 20 years of finance experience, Carmine works closely with a full range of individuals and families to provide integrated wealth management. He focuses on helping clients preserve and grow their wealth through personalized lifestyle planning, risk management strategies and tax-sensitive portfolio management.
In addition to his position at Withum Wealth, Carmine is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Pinnacle Associates, Ltd., a Withum Wealth co-founder. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Carmine was with the Global Asset Management division of Deutsche Bank where his team managed index funds on behalf of Fidelity Investments.

Carmine is an active supporter and coach in the Montgomery youth sports leagues and frequently volunteers time at his church’s activities. He also helped establish and is a past member of a fundraising board for St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, NJ.
Carmine resides in Somerset County, NJ with his wife and their three children. He enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time near the water on Long Beach Island and in Florida.
